How tuition works

Our current figures are on the enrollment page, and we are glad to talk them through by phone. Here is what sets tuition and what each part is for.

  • What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the level, the class length and how many classes a week a swimmer takes. Classes last forty-five minutes, and a session runs eight weeks. The enrollment page shows our figures for the session.

  • Registration

A yearly registration covers your swimmer's file, the placement visit and your place on the parent portal. It is due when you register for the first session, and it is once a year.

  • Holding a place

The first payment holds a place in a class. If a class is full, we offer places in the order families asked and call or text the same day one opens. If your swimmer moves up a level during a session, we move the place with them.

  • Billing

Tuition is billed by session through the parent portal, with autopay if you like. The portal shows what is due before it is billed.

  • Help with tuition

Ask us whether lesson assistance is open this season. We keep places for families who need help, and we handle each request privately.

  • Missed classes and make-ups

A missed class can be made up in another class of the same level within the session, space allowing. When a pool closes for weather or repairs, the class is made up too, and illness is handled the same way. Tell us as early as you can.

  • Uniforms, costumes and other costs

Boards, noodles and belts are ours. A swimsuit or swim shirt, a towel and any goggles or cap your swimmer likes come from home.
